Si Jie Lynn Brayshaw Accredited Tai Chi Instructor
Lynn says, “My Tai Chi journey began in 1994 at the age of 47 when I decided that I needed to do some exercise to keep fit and hopefully reduce my hypertension. A year later I was diagnosed with cancer and I believe that it was largely due to the meditative aspects of the TC movements that sustained me through surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. As a registered nurse, I have a special interest in both the healing aspects of TC and the benefits of promoting health and wellbeing”. - Accredited TC Instructor with Australian Sports Commission (NCAS) National Coaching Accreditation Scheme
- Enjoy teaching at Berwick Golden Lion Academy and Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre
- First Aid Certificate – Level 2; Advanced CPR
- Master of Nursing
- 3rd degree TC Black Belt
- 2011 Australasian Kung Fu Wushu Championships:
Tai Chi 42 Sword Senior - Bronze - Gold and Bronze medals and trophies attained in competition in both Sydney and Melbourne
