Sandra Neal
Accredited Tai Chi Instructor

Early in 1995, Sandra commenced studying and training in the art of Tai Chi (TC) with Golden Lion Academy, under the direction of Senior Master Charles Tsui-Po.

After teaching classes for older adults for a number of years, her interest and passion led to her decision to return to study in order to expand her knowledge and skills of aged care and disability work, with a view to further developing classes suitable for special populations within the community.

Sandra’s studies have had very successful results – largely she says, a reflection of the growing interest by the health industry and educational bodies of the inclusion of TC as an alternative and complimentary medicine in Aged Care and Disability sectors of the community.

Sandra teaches at the Golden Lion Academy Headquarters classes in addition to her own classes specially adapted for aged care, people with disabilities, and who are undertaking rehabilitation.
