To help you to reduce the impact of stress on your body, prevent the onset of illness and improve your general health and well being, the Golden Lion Academy offers you three main training centres located in Berwick, Rowville and Murrumbeena.

These are fully equipped full time training centres offering a variety of tai chi qi gong classes and lessons for your enjoyment. Classes are taught by fully accredited experienced instructors and masters of tai chi qigong.
